My perfect plan: A sunny autumn day in the country with the yellow leaves of the trees, my family and friends and ending the day next to a fireplace. I adore the smell of firewood coming from peoples’ chimneys, perhaps because I have spent such a big part of my life in a village in the Alcarria, where the fire is always lit.

In my profession, what I like most is teamwork and the fact that I learn something new every day.
